Job Role:

1. Plan and execute ATL campaigns (TV, Radio, Print, Outdoor, Digital).
2. Handle BTL activities like in-store promotions, activations, events, sampling & branding.
3. Coordinate with Sales & Distribution teams for market execution.
4. Manage product launches & promotional campaigns.
5. Analyze market trends, competitors & consumer insights.
6. Budget planning and performance reporting (MIS).

Key Skills:

1. Strong knowledge of Trade Marketing & Brand Building.
2. Hands-on with ATL/BTL execution.
3. Good communication & leadership skills.
