He is responsible for developing strategic sales frameworks, expanding distribution channels, and capturing new institutional and retail market opportunities.His deep expertise in market dynamics and sales pipeline management has been instrumental in the brand's ongoing success. Head, Finance & Legal Affairs
He manages all financial operations of Gainda, from strategic planning and budgeting to audits and reporting. Along with finance, he also supervises the legal aspects of the business, ensuring compliance with statutory requirements, handling contracts, and mitigating risks. His dual responsibility allows Gainda to operate smoothly, balancing financial discipline with legal security. She is a seasoned Human Resources leader with over 15 years of experience across the FMCG and manufacturing sectors. She holds an MBA in Human Resources and brings both international and domestic exposure to her role. At Gainda, she leads the HR function with a strong focus on people management and organizational development. Plant Head
With over 13+ years of experience in plant perations and maintenance, he leads the production and engineering functions at Gainda. He is responsible for ensuring smooth production operations, equipment reliability, preventive maintenance, and adherence to safety and quality standards. His expertise in optimizing plant performance, reducing downtime, and driving operational efficiency plays a key role in maintaining productivity and supporting the company's growth objectives.
