Assistant Vice President, Sales
With extensive experience in sales and business development, he leads the sales team at Gainda with a focus on market expansion, customer relationship management, and revenue growth. His role involves setting sales strategies, identifying new opportunities, and ensuring that clients receive the best solutions. Under his leadership, the sales team works proactively to build long-term partnerships and strengthen Gainda’s market presence across PAN India.
Mr. Gulshan Arora
Head, Finance & Legal Affairs
He manages all financial operations of Gainda, from strategic planning and budgeting to audits and reporting. Along with finance, he also supervises the legal aspects of the business, ensuring compliance with statutory requirements, handling contracts, and mitigating risks. His dual responsibility allows Gainda to operate smoothly, balancing financial discipline with legal security. His insights help the company achieve sustainable growth while adhering to ethical and legal standards.
Dr. Rajesh Kumar Sharma
Head, Quality Control (QC)
Responsible for ensuring that every product manufactured at Gainda meets the highest standards of safety, consistency, and reliability. Head, Human Resources (HR)
She is a seasoned Human Resources leader with over 15 years of experience across the FMCG and manufacturing sectors. She holds an MBA in Human Resources and brings both international and domestic exposure to her role. At Gainda, she leads the HR function with a strong focus on people management and organizational development. Her key responsibilities include recruitment, training, employee engagement, performance management, and statutory compliance.
