Job Description :
For positions that require use of a personal vehicle for a sales route, mileage reimbursement is provided. Because the material job duties of this role involve regular field work (away from a physical Company location), including visiting customer locations and interfacing with employees, vendors, and customers of the Company, and the general public -- following a conditional offer of employment, the Company has good cause to conduct a review of criminal history in accordance with applicable laws to ensure safety.
Key Responsibilities
- Prospecting and lead generation: Identify new business opportunities and potential customers through cold calling, email, networking, and attending events.
- Client management: Build and maintain strong relationships with both new and existing clients.
- Sales presentations and demonstrations: Present products or services to clients and demonstrate how they meet client needs.
- Negotiation and closing: Negotiate contract terms and close sales to meet revenue goals.
- Sales tracking and reporting: Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions using a CRM, and prepare performance reports.
- Customer service: Address customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints, and ensure overall client satisfaction.
- Market awareness: Stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and market opportunities.
